Firm receives accreditation for environmentally-friendly carpets
People who like to use eco-friendly methods to undertake carpet cleaning have heard how one firm has been praised for its green designs.
UK-based Heckmondwike FB has been accredited by BRE Global for the environmentally-friendly nature of its carpet ranges.
BRE Global is an independent third-party organisation that scrutinises products for their impact on the environment.
People who like to use green substances when completing their domestic cleaning chores may consider the firm if they decide to lay a new floor in the future.
Heckmondwike FB's marketing manager Abby Chandler suggested the company was "constantly looking at ways to prolong the lifecycle for our ranges".
The business has also launched a guide which offers tips for homeowners to follow when cleaning their floors.
Advice was based on the best ways to spruce up carpets without causing wear and tear.
"It's not just about ticking an 'environmental' box for Heckmondwike FB - it's about providing the very best value products and services for our customers," Ms Chandler remarked.
Earlier this year, G Magazine noted that one of the best ways to remove stubborn stains such as wine from carpets was to apply bicarbonate soda to the area.
