We are very pleased with the cleaning services from the FK Domestics. Our regular cleaner, Lily, works very hard and always gets her work done very quickly and with attention to details. The replacement cleaner we had this weekend was also very hard working and thorough. I would definitely recommend both of them to others.

Yes - thank you. She's really good and it is much better for us to have her on a Thursday instead of a Wednesday, so we are happy. We have a new back door now so if she struggles with the keys (the front door can be a bit difficult) we can leave her a back door key?

I pray this finds you well.
Ekaterina started cleaning for me yesterday and please thank her and let her know that she is a blessing like her daughter was as she did an excellent job and I totally happy and satisfied with her standard of work. I look forward to her working and blessing me in the future with and by her cleaning.
Please do let her know if and when she needs new products to write them done to and for me.
I am thankful as Margarita always did her best. It is such a relief to know this and also to deal with you as the job just gets done no hassle and I am and I do not worry about anything and or my cat when dealing with you all.

Thanks. My mum said she is very good and did a good job.
Please ask her to come again from next week every week. Same time Wednesday at 9am. It is a very good beginning and hope it will continue like this.

Thanks for your email, Stella seems like a very nice lady, she arrived earlier than expected 8.10 am as she said 8.30 was difficult for her as she comes in from SW London and has somewhere else to go to so I said if it is easier she can come to me for 2pm on a Friday for 4 hours. She will try and do this this week. She worked three and a half hours this week and so I paid her accordingly.
My first impressions are that she cleans well and is enthusiastic about her work. I hope this will be a successful appointment

I met with the cleaner /Roza Nedeva/ yesterday and although she doesn’t speak English she understood what needed doing and for as long as I was there which was around and hour and a half, she did a very good job.
As we discussed on the phone, if I need to explain something to her then I will contact you.

The cleaner who came yesterday did a good job. Everything we asked to be cleaned was done and the shirts I left out were ironed. Certainly we would be happy to have her as our cleaner again if needed.
Generally the service provided by FK Domestics is good, although the couple of times recently where the cleaner did not come when scheduled were frustrating (this last time we had guests staying so needed the flat clean). Occasionally the cleaner misses the odd area of the flat, but overall they do a good job.
Your telephone service is always prompt and the staff helpful, so no complaints there.

Cleaning operatives ? I love my cleaner - she is very thorough and reliable. Couldn’t ask for a better one. Administrational and management support - have been great with regards to helping with payments etc. Have not experienced a week when my cleaner is unavailable so I am unable to comment on how they handle this but it seems like management are great on communication with the cleaners. Company in general?  Nothing negative to say here. Have a very good reputation with me and great quality of cleaners.

Svetla is so far the best cleaner i have ever had. I really like the polite and honest attributes of her. She is very punctual and gives her 100% to the work. Administrational and management support are Excellent

I have Irina Geneva come to my house, I’m very pleased with her work, and within the 4 hours she spends in the house she covers all her assigned duties.
Administrational and management support  - A few times i have had to cancel the cleaning on a very short notice period and this hasn't been a problem for which i thank you. Company in general - I am very pleased in your services

Yes I would definitely use again, possibly might be looking to book in for a deep clean in a few weeks’ time so it would be great to be notified of any deals

My cleaner has been good, if there is anything that I would like done I can leave her a note; any minor issues have been resolved between us. We did have a few concerns over the standard of ironing initially but that now has been resolved.
Administrational and management support - Normally very good and questions are resolved. Company in general is Efficient

Arranging a cleaner was efficient and easy, your rates are competitive, and my cleaner Violetka is both lovely and very good at her job. Cleaning operatives ? Punctual, reliable, efficient, totally trustworthy. Penka is our friend as well as our cleaner! Administrational and management support - all fine - no problems encountered at all . Would you use us again and if not how would you improve our service? Yes and can't think of any improvements

Great - Nadya is very thorough and friendly. So far I have always been informed when she is away and a replacement is always provided.
The admin process is fine - I never have to do anything which suites me perfectly. I would use you again and recommend you.

Yes, we took on a different cleaner when we moved from Stockwell to Woodford and would use you again if we decided to move.

Up until recently, my flat was serviced by Geri, who I was very happy with. Today for the first time, it was cleaned by Nonka.
I just wanted to let you know that I am very happy with job done by Nonka. I had recently returned from holiday and I had left my flat in a proper mess.
I returned home to find that Nonka has done a sterling job cleaning up my mess and I'd be very happy for her to continue.

I would say that Kalinka's cleaning every two weeks has made a real difference to my mother's quality of life. I was a little nervous as my mother is old and vulnerable (and it is not always easy to be around her as she gets very frustrated and wants to be able to do everything herself, which she is no longer able to). However, it has worked very well and although she and Kalinka cannot communicate with language, they seem to be able to understand each other. So all is well and I thank you for your concern.

Kalinka is a very good cleaner - she has transformed the shower in two
visits! She is very thorough. V. satisfied.
Recent calls to the office have been successful and when there was a
miscommunication and no cleaner turned up, I was offered other
options.
I do feel that the company is striving and that the company does care
about its clients and their satisfaction.
I have certainly recommended you to others and I would definitely
continue to do so.
